Today is a sad day to be a Virginian.
A potentially major story has been quietly bubbling over the past 48 hours. The story is that voters are being harassed/intimidated/told not to go to the polls all over the state of Virgina. Virginia is the site of a hotly contested battle of stupidity between the moronic incumbent George Allen (R) and challenger James Webb [...]
I am glad that my vote will count and that nothing can possibly go wrong.
At least now I know that what I (and many others I am sure) have thought all along is in fact true. Namely that it rains more often on the weekends then weekdays. The reason is interesting, weekday pollution that builds up over the course of the week.
