Trail Mix and Beer, Manna From Heaven

(This post is a duplicate of something that I posted to the Food and Beer Forum at RateBeer)
I am a bit of a heretic when it comes to pairing beer and food, namely I am not sure that I enjoy many beer and food pairings. Those that I do enjoy typically involve a session beer [...]

Food Nazis *ahem* I Mean the US Govt

Your friendly officials down at the US Department of Agriculture (why is this not the Department of Health and Human Serivces’ domain, oh they do not have unyielding interest in well, agriculture) have released new nutrition guidelines. Halibut Steak w/ a Chipolte, Garlic, Cilantro Butter
Roasted Tomato Salsa
Roasted Pork Loin cooked in dessert wine with a butter, prosciutto, garlic marinade
White Asparagus w/ a Chipolte, [...]

a sweet new knife
a new cutting board
an electric knife sharpener

You can join in the suspense of waiting by tracking the package.

are. If you do more power to you. The menu, if you are interested, was the following:
Appetizer:
Stuffed eggs with capers and homemade mayonaise
Little bunnies made out of olives pickled [...]
