The new knife is awesome. I minced an onion in half time with it. The cutting board is also leagues above anything else I have ever
owned.

- Halibut Steak w/ a Chipolte, Garlic, Cilantro Butter
- Roasted Tomato Salsa
- Roasted Pork Loin cooked in dessert wine with a butter, prosciutto, garlic marinade
- White Asparagus w/ a Chipolte, Garlic, Cilantro Butter (from the previous night)< /li>
- Belgian Endives (Chicory) roasted in wine
- Beef Stroganoff
On an unrelated but very irksome note, Mr/Ms Government think that the kids should not play in the street.
